Fresh Start Church is a Christ-centered community in Glen Burnie, Maryland, built on love, grace, and acceptance. We believe everyone deserves a fresh start — no matter your story, your struggles, or where you are on your journey.
Our mission is simple: to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus, discover their purpose, and live out their faith in everyday life. Through powerful worship, practical teaching, and real relationships, we create space for God to transform lives.
From our Sunday morning worship experience to midweek gatherings, Kingdom Culture University classes, and outreach in the community, there is a place for every person and every family to connect and grow.

Apostle Craig Coates
Apostle Craig Coates is the Founding Pastor of Fresh Start Church. For more than two decades, he has led with a shepherd's heart and a builder's vision, planting seeds of grace across Glen Burnie and the surrounding communities.
His teaching is Scripture-anchored, practical, and full of hope — designed to move believers from information to transformation. He is passionate about discipleship, cultural relevance, and raising up the next generation of Kingdom leaders.
